I want mobile voucher distribution system with multi level reseller system :
so we will get 3 levels , the admin of the website and reseller and vendor
the reseller will be under the admin and vendor will be under reseller

the admin will added the voucher mobile like Vodafone Orange codes to the store , and the end vendor will sell
the voucher codes to the customers on his supermaket by ordering it from the store and then print them
out on the recipt paper by usin small bluthoot printer that connected to the mobile
so he order a voucher from the store and give it to the customer on his supermaket then the
customer pay him cash >

the payment system will be by using ewallet , so the admin send ewallet to the resller
and reseller send ewallet balance to the vendors under him , and then the vendor order
voucher codes from the store by using his wallet balance ,
every level will get his commesion or profit .

i will deal face to face with reseller , so they give me cash money and i update thire ewallet , then they use this balance to
update the balance of the vendores under them when they give them cash money , because reseller will deal face to face with
vendores ,

the resller can login in to his account and see the list of the vendores under him , and see thire balance and can update thire balance.
if he added balance from a vendor his balance will be decreased , he can also creat new vendors from his account ,

vendores can login to his account , he can order a voucher and print them out to the customer , and he can see his balance limit
he can see reports and he can see the voucer codes that he sold ,

the voucher codes will be just numbers ,
like 524585455 ,
i will get the voucher codes in excel formate !


i would like this sytem to be with wordpress woocommerce if possible !
as i can play arount alot with wordpress platform .

i have my own domain and hosting ready !
also i am small very investor and not company so i want somthing quite cheap if possible ples
