When someone orders 2 different products there’s only 1 customer design attached to order. Fx a customer ordered 2 posters with 2 designs and I can only see 1 design?

I got the license less than one year ago and was not able to properly build a website and make it run for several months.  Now I'm trying to install the plugin in another website with the same domain but is not working and receive the message "expired license"....  looks like I have to buy the same plugin again... or Wordpress and Printshop do not allow to use.  How can this issue be fixed.    Haraldo

Hi there! Is there a way that we can have the output of the design being all separated files? Images are needed to extra download so my client can adjust the design when placed wrong. In the situation of my client we can assume that they don't know how to design. So when a logo is placed right bottom but not aligned, my client can adjust the design as they plan it for production.   My developers can...
