When creating a printing option, with anything, does not matter the options in place. When pressing publish, it goes back to a blank form for the options, and does not save. What is the problem?

Now I am making a printing option and I am trying to add a "default field" with these settings:- Data type: custom input - Input type: upload... but when I hit on update the field reverts back to: - Data type: Multiple option Is this a limitation of the free version or it's a bug? ... or I have not done the right things?
