How an order works

From the product page to the print file

  1. Sign in

A buyer signs in to the company account. Guests see an open catalogue, a catalogue with prices hidden, or a login page, as you choose.

  2. Order or ask for a quote

The buyer sees the company's contract prices, orders by SKU, repeats a past order, or requests a quote that becomes an order once accepted.

  3. Pay on terms

The company pays by purchase order on net terms within its credit limit, or with the payment methods of your checkout.

FAQ

Questions about the B2B print store

Is there a demo of the B2B print store?

Not yet. The B2B store is being moved onto the Printcart plugin for WooCommerce, and every B2B feature on this page is in build. We link a live demo here when it runs. Until then, tell us about your business buyers and how they order: request a quote with the form at solution.printcart.com/quote or write to sales@printcart.com.

Can buyers order without seeing prices first?

You choose for your store: an open catalogue with prices for everyone, prices hidden from guests until they sign in, or a catalogue that needs a login. Signed-in buyers see the contract prices of their company or customer group, so each company orders at the prices agreed with you.

How do companies pay in the B2B print store?

A company can pay by purchase order on net terms, within the credit limit you set for it, or with the usual payment methods of your checkout. Buyers can also request a B2B quote with an expiry date; when the quote is accepted, it becomes an order.

Do I need a B2B print store or a print marketplace?

A B2B print store fits when you are the one seller and your buyers are companies with their own prices, quotes and payment terms. A print marketplace fits when several print providers or designers sell through your platform, each paid its share. Read B2B print store or print marketplace: which one fits? to compare the two.

What is a B2B web-to-print portal?

In general, a B2B web-to-print portal replaces the e-mails, quotes and purchase orders of each print job with one signed-in order: each company sees its own catalogue, and the portal can add approval rules, budgets and invoices on terms. Read What is a B2B web-to-print portal? for the roles and the order flow.

What does the B2B print store cost?

USD 1,814 a year, the Store B2B package, licence fee included. It includes the store, the Printcart Advanced licence for the year, store updates and 30 of your products set up by our team. Full stores are sold per year only; Store Marketplace (USD 3,614 a year) adds the marketplace store, and Enterprise (by quote) adds onboarding of its own. Fees are not refundable.

What happens if I do not renew?

The Printcart licence falls back to the Free plan and the store keeps running with the Free plan limits. Printcart does not lock your store. One licence covers one main domain plus a staging site, and renewal each year is the same yearly price.

Can you work with a merchant in my country?

Yes. Printcart services are delivered remotely, so we work with merchants in any country. Netbase JSC, the company behind Printcart, has worked with clients in 80+ countries.

Do you support my industry?

Printcart services are not tied to one industry. Full stores, custom development, integration and support are delivered remotely; tell us what you sell and we will say plainly whether Printcart fits.

How do I pay for Printcart services?

You sign the contract with and pay the company, Netbase JSC. Store, Store B2B and Store Marketplace are paid online by PayPal. Enterprise is invoiced: bank transfer to the company account or PayPal.
