Full stores are sold per year; the Printcart licence is included. Store costs USD 799 / year with store updates and 10 of your products set up. Store B2B costs USD 1,814 / year with the B2B pages and 30 products set up. Enterprise is quoted, with 50 products set up and onboarding of its own.

Rules
How the packages are sold
- Printcart licence included: every package carries the licence of its tier for the year.
- Sold per year only: full stores have no monthly price.
- Renewal each year is the store plan licence for the year plus the store fee for the year.
- If a package is not renewed, the Printcart licence falls back to the Free plan and the store keeps running with the Free plan limits; Printcart does not lock your store.
- One licence covers one main domain plus a staging site.
- Work outside the package (custom design, development, integration) is quoted separately.
- Fees are not refundable.

Which package should I choose?
Store fits a print shop or product store that starts with up to 10 products set up by our team. Store B2B adds the B2B pages and flows and 30 products. Enterprise is for larger or multi-site operations, with 50 products and onboarding of its own. Ask us on WhatsApp if you are unsure.
Is there a monthly price?
No. Full stores are sold per year only, and the yearly price includes the Printcart licence of the same tier, the store fee, store updates and the set-up of your first products.
What does the renewal cover?
Renewal each year is the store plan licence for the year plus the store fee for the year. Work outside the package, such as custom design, development or integration, is quoted separately.
What happens if I do not renew?
The Printcart licence falls back to the Free plan and the store keeps running with the Free plan limits. Printcart does not lock your store.
How many domains does a package cover?
One licence covers one main domain plus a staging site.
What is the contract term on fees?
Fees are not refundable. Ask us anything about a package before you order: our team answers on WhatsApp and by e-mail.
Can you work with a merchant in my country?
Yes. Printcart services are delivered remotely, so we work with merchants in any country. Netbase JSC, the company behind Printcart, has worked with clients in 80+ countries.
Do you support my industry?
Printcart services are not tied to one industry. Full stores, custom development, integration and support are delivered remotely; tell us what you sell and we will say plainly whether Printcart fits.
How do I pay for Printcart services?
You sign the contract with and pay the company, Netbase JSC. Payment is by bank transfer to the company account or by PayPal.
