About This Service
Chemical Dosing Pumps work by pulling a ce rtain amount of fluid into a chamber and then injecting that volume rate into the dosed container. A Chemical dosing pump is supposed to be dependable as a function, so once correctly set up, it should take care of itself and not require a lot of input. The pump operates in an intermittent mode, creating a magnetic field each time a pulse hits the magnet. The piston is pushed by the magnetic field. The liquid is compressed into the pump head by a diaphragm (Attached to the Piston Head).
While the suction valves close, the liquid escapes via the delivery valves. When the pulse stops, a spring returns the piston and diaphragm to their original positions. While the delivery valve is closed, the vacuum generated by the diaphragm action draws liquid into the pump head from the suction valve. The pump capacity is related to the number of strokes and the internal volume of the pump head (Single Stroke Injection Quantity). Pumping equipment is in high demand in the chemical sector.
