- Desired menu items and color/font choices, based on the official demo

- Domain name or hosting purchase
- Writing new page content or sourcing new images beyond what the demo already includes (request this separately once installation is done)
- Custom design work beyond matching the official demo (see the website design & theme customization service for that)
- Ongoing maintenance after handover
