With the aim to provide much better services and products as well as maintaining solid relationship with our beloved customers, we decided to change our policy as follow:

  • Extend Download time: We will extend the expiry date for download Cmsmart items from 3 to 6 months (with 3-month-download products) and from 6 to 12 months (with 6-month-download products).

  • More Discount on Renewal Fee: The renewal fee will discount 45% the original price (35% previously)

  • Extend Support Period: The ticket support period will be changed to 12 months since the day of purchasing/renewal for all products and services.
