1. I can see the seller page by creating account but not admin page who approves the sellers?
2. The page load is too slow. Will this remain same when hosted on VPS?

1. You can go to admin to approve. You can register an email for demo backend to test this function.
You can open another browser or incognito browser to create a vendor. After that, back to admin -> Dokan -> all vendor to approve.
2. You can go with the strong host like VPS and config cache in a proper way so it will be much faster.

on installing am getting error 500 after woocomerce installation everything goes blank
