This feature only supports 3D text effects for sign letters, not for other kinds of products. So we developed it as an optional feature that could be activated for each product choice.

And there are 4 types of Sign letters: Channel Letter, Resin Letter, Acrylic Letter, and Block Letter. But only the first three could choose the front and side color differently as mentioned above. Only block letters allow you to choose 1 option for both front and side color.
