I requested a free key through the plugin settings and an email never arrives. My client whose website I am building, has purchased the plugin from you. I have his information + key, and that does not work either. I could use some help here. I don't mind using just the free key to develop and then switch to his when the site goes live, but as I said, right now, neither are working.
I appreciate any help you can offer!

Thank you Janet. I am developing on a local dev-server, the site is not live on the web.
Hello Alex,
We cannot support you on a local dev-server so could you help me install on the live site or subdomain first? And then our dev will check and give you the feedback asap.
Regards,
Have a nice day,

I'm sorry but that is crazy. You are saying I cannot develop with your plugin on a local dev server? This is how the majority of the industry develops websites. Even if you could help me get the free license working for development, then I could switch to the live license that was purchased, when the site goes online. There must be something? The issue right now is that when I check the box in a product to "use nbdesigner" it gets reset when the product is saved. Googling has shown me that it is due to the free/paid license not being entered into the settings of the plugin. Come on now.
Hello Alex,
Our developer is willing to help you check this issue but we cannot do that without your site information. How can we access your site or localhost to find the problems to fix it?
Hope you understand.
Regards,
Janet.
