I just did a test and tried to design something and made a test order.
When I downloaded the order through WooCommerce, I was shocked that the design wasn't the same. All the objects were floating around in random places.
Is this plugin a finished product? The plugin seems pretty useless if the online design doesn't look like the downloaded design.
Hi Dan,
I am Janet here, it is my pleasure to support you again.
Please download the export design files from our plugin in this link: https://nbdesigner.cmsmart.net/wp-content/uploads/nbdesigner/download/poster.rar
It includes: 1 SVG file, 1 PDF file (multiple layers), 1 PNG file (300DPI), 1 JPG file (300PDI - CMYK - ICC profile)
Regards,
Janet.
I think you missed my point. The customer design with the plugin doesn't look like the PDF file i downloaded when the order was finished. This is a serious problem that needs to be fixed.
Hi Dan,
Kindly open a new ticket with your issue. After that our developer will check and let you know soon.
Regards,
Janet.
Hi I am curious if this issue was resolved Dan. This designer looks amazing but the issue you had would need to be few and far between if never. I get that there are glitches sometimes. Let me know if you got it all working correctly. Thinking about buying.

I'm not sure if this issue was resolved properly Ryan. In my current tests I still see a blank white space on the right side of a PDF, which means that the content is misaligned slightly to the left. I'm also having issues with text that isn't displayed correctly when downloaded as a PDF.
Hi Dan,
This is for a phone case, by any chance? When you downloaded it, did it come out 300 DPI? I'm having same issue at my end. ( Custom Phone Store )
Best,
Jag
This was actually a poster template from Online Product Designer. In that case it was probably vector graphics and therefore no pixels involved, so I'm not sure about the 300 DPI. I had another problem when using images imported from Pixabay and Unsplash. In the final PDF the images were only 33 DPI, because apparently Online Product Designer pulls them in a too low quality. They should instead pull them in full quality to fix this problem.
My biggest concern with the plugin, is when the PDF conversion happens. This often makes the PDF's look nothing like the customer design. They really need to fix this to make the plugin reliable.
