6 Months ago i purchased the Premium online product designer extension for Magento, and it is still not working!

It does not remember the fonts that i choose when i create a primary template, so my when my clients view the product it shows all the wrong fonts and so destroys the design.

I have been trying to get someone through the ticket system support to fix this and its been 6 months and they still cant fix it! Each time they say they will look at it then make up strange excuses as to why they haven't fixed it, or lie and say they have fixed it, or then just pass me on to someone else.

Does anyone know a fix for this, or had the same problem? How can this company not have anyone that can just look at a problem and find a solution. No idea why it takes months with this company. Terrible service.
