When completing the design in the builder it produces a printable .PDF however it doesn't convert text to curves / outlines, so when the customer prints (and doesn't have the font) it converts it to "Arial or Helvetica" instead of the font chosen. Anyone know a fix, or come across something similar before?

I ended up getting a response from the developer saying the product isn't finished and that he hasn't made any profits from it and trying the best they can to make a great product... at that point, I had enough... nearly a 8-9 months wasting my time on this and got nowhere. Do yourself a favor, ditch it and go with Lumise! The best solution and much easier to work with. GL.
