Is it possible to replace the 'NBDesigner' Logo ( on the Header ) & replace it my own Website Company logo ? Screenshot below:

Hello Jimmy,

Yes, of course. It is possible to replace the 'NBDesigner' Logo ( on the Header ) & replace it your Website Company logo. So you do not worry about that.
