Hi,
A couple of weeks ago I activated the free plug-in key on my website am now unable to enter the premium key. When I remove the free license key, it tells me that it has been removed successfully although the numbers are still there and it still gives me the option of removing the license key. I am unable to enter in the premium license key or change the text in any way.
I have tried deactivating and uninstalling NBDesigner, however this has not helped.

Had the same problem. Just deactivate the plugin and delete all the plugin data (also the plugin data in the database).
Download the newest plugin version from CmsSmart. Install and activate the zip file. Then you should be able to enter the serial number for the premium key.
The plugin that is available through Wordpress plugins is an outdated version.

Many thanks for your feedback. Let me explain to you about this plugin on WordPress org, this is an old version because we always update the latest version for premium version first so the latest version is not available in wordpress org.
Besides, you have purchased the premium version so you can download and use the latest version right now.
