2. Which highlight feature do you like most in our products/ solutions?
Zenc: Customize Design Tools. It allows customers to customize their design, even online. This is really necessary for a printing enterprise. 

3. Do you feel easy when installing our product/ solutions?
Zenc: I don't know as it was installed by my web developer. I think it was quite easy for him to install it.

4. Tell us about your experience with our team and tell us the staff name that impressed you?
Zenc: I worked with Vincent Selina. Very patience and helpful. Also your dev who supported me to solve via ticket is so great too.

5. Tell us your success story after using our products/ solutions?
Zenc: Not yet, but believe soon. I will disclose when I got it.

6. Do you suggest any better ideal for our products/ solutions?
Zenc: To have ruler feature, copy and paste function for templates in both backend and frontend, and Loyalty Rewards plugin link with the web2print. Hope you guys can make an improvement for the next versions so that i can get an update for this. 

7. Do you like to recommend our products/ solutions to others?
Zenc: Sure. I will definitely recommend it. I really love this plugin

I’m not a technical person. Well, I studied software engineering, I can write code but I'm not an expert and to be honest, I haven't touched any lines of code in 2 or 3 years.
