Who this service is for

Canvas and photo-gift sellers with a real catalog (several shapes, frame depths and add-ons) who want to go live once, properly, with their team trained to run it.

The problem it solves

A catalog is more than one product. Sizes, depths, add-ons, layouts and the room preview all have to agree with each other, and the first live order should not be the first real test.

How it works

  1. Plan. We agree the product list, sizes, depths and add-ons in a written scope.
  2. Set up. Plugin, template and connection are installed and checked.
  3. Prices. The price matrix and add-on prices are built and tested.
  4. Products. Products, layouts and the room preview are configured.
  5. Test. Three orders are followed to the PDF and fixed until they pass.
  6. Train. One live session shows your team the order and artwork screens.
  7. Go live. We run the go-live checklist with you.

Estimated time: 2 to 4 weeks, depending on catalog size and how fast files and approvals arrive. This is an estimate based on scope; the written scope confirms it.

Where this service fits

You can get Printcart Canvas in three ways. This service works with any of them that applies.

  • The plugin on your own WooCommerce store. Install Printcart Canvas and choose a Printcart plan. See the Printcart Canvas plugin page and plans and pricing.
  • A complete Canvas store. Printcart Canvas Store is a ready-made WordPress and WooCommerce store with the plugin included, sold as an annual package on this site. See the full store packages.
  • A custom service (this page). We configure, build or connect what the first two do not cover, quoted per project.

Services are quoted separately from plans and store packages, and each is billed on its own. This is the service that sits closest to a Canvas Store package. The package gives you the store and a first set of setups; this service covers the larger catalog and the guided launch. On your own store, it works on top of the plugin.

Questions

FAQ

I am buying a Canvas Store package. Do I still need this?

The package includes a first set of product setups, as stated on the package page. This service is for catalogs beyond that, or for a guided launch with training.

Can this run on my existing WooCommerce store?

Yes. The same scope applies to a store you already own.

Is the plugin included?

On a Canvas Store package, yes. On your own store, the plugin path needs a Printcart plan, billed separately from this service.

How long will it take?

The range above is an estimate for a typical catalog. The written scope gives dates once we have seen your files.

Who owns what we build?

You keep your products, prices, content and configuration. See the terms below.

Can you work with a merchant in my country?

Do you support my industry?

Printcart services are not tied to one industry. Full stores, custom development, integration and support are delivered remotely; tell us what you sell and we will say plainly whether Printcart fits.

How do I pay for Printcart services?

You sign the contract with and pay the company, Netbase JSC. Payment is by bank transfer to the company account or by PayPal.
