Who this service is for

Canvas and wall-art sellers on WooCommerce, and print shops adding canvas, who want customers to upload a photo, choose a size and see the result before they buy, without learning every plugin setting first.

The problem it solves

A plain photo-upload form gives you poor files and slow back-and-forth. Printcart Canvas adds a designer, size and edge choices, a quality check and a print-ready file, but it still has to be set up for your sizes, frame depth and edge styles.

How it works

  1. Kickoff. We confirm your sizes, edge styles and hosting access.
  2. Access. You add us as a temporary administrator; we work on a test copy where your host allows it.
  3. Install and connect. The plugin is installed and connected to your Printcart account.
  4. Configure. Template, sizes, frame depth, edge styles and quality rule are set.
  5. Storefront check. The product page and designer are tested on desktop and mobile.
  6. Test order. One order is placed and followed to the print-ready PDF.
  7. Handover. You receive a written note and access is removed.

Estimated time: 3 to 5 business days. This is an estimate based on scope; the written scope confirms it.

Where this service fits

You can get Printcart Canvas in three ways. This service works with any of them that applies.

  • The plugin on your own WooCommerce store. Install Printcart Canvas and choose a Printcart plan. See the Printcart Canvas plugin page and plans and pricing.
  • A complete Canvas store. Printcart Canvas Store is a ready-made WordPress and WooCommerce store with the plugin included, sold as an annual package on this site. See the full store packages.
  • A custom service (this page). We configure, build or connect what the first two do not cover, quoted per project.

Services are quoted separately from plans and store packages, and each is billed on its own. If you choose the plugin path, your store needs a Printcart plan that covers the Canvas features you use; the written scope names it. If you buy a Canvas Store package, the plugin is already included and this service is only needed for work beyond the package setup.

Questions

FAQ

What DPI do I need for canvas prints?

Aim for at least 150 DPI at the final print size, and 300 DPI for small canvases viewed up close. Printcart Canvas rates each photo against the size the buyer chooses and warns when it is too small; we set the rule for your store.

Does Canvas work on Shopify or Wix?

Not at the moment. Printcart Canvas is a WordPress and WooCommerce plugin.

Do I need a paid Printcart plan?

Some Canvas capabilities depend on your Printcart plan. The written scope states which plan your store needs, before work starts.

Will my host allow it?

Most hosts do. Some restrict plugin installs or outside connections, so we check this at kickoff.

Can I set it up myself instead?

Yes. The plugin is on WordPress.org and our tutorials walk through the setup. This service is for owners who prefer it done and tested for them.

What do I get at the end?

A working canvas product, one test order proven to the print-ready PDF, and a written note of every setting we chose.

Can you work with a merchant in my country?

Yes. Printcart services are delivered remotely, so we work with merchants in any country. Netbase JSC, the company behind Printcart, has worked with clients in 80+ countries.

Do you support my industry?

Printcart services are not tied to one industry. Full stores, custom development, integration and support are delivered remotely; tell us what you sell and we will say plainly whether Printcart fits.

How do I pay for Printcart services?

You sign the contract with and pay the company, Netbase JSC. Payment is by bank transfer to the company account or by PayPal.

Who do I talk to?

Talk to our CEO, Huy Nguyen (David), on WhatsApp at https://wa.me/84937869689 or by email at sales@printcart.com.
