Who this service is for

Canvas sellers who do not print themselves and want orders produced and shipped by a lab or print-on-demand partner without copying files by hand.

The problem it solves

Many wall-art sellers fulfil through a lab or a print-on-demand network. Partners such as Gelato, Prodigi, Printful and canvas specialists with an API offer integrations, but each has its own SKUs, size list, file spec and webhooks, and a standard plugin may not cover a custom canvas with your own sizes. Printcart Canvas produces the print-ready file; the connector to your chosen partner is built for your store here.

How it works

  1. Discovery. We read the partner API and confirm products, sizes and file specs.
  2. Map. You approve the SKU, size and edge map.
  3. Build. The connector is built against the partner test environment.
  4. Test orders. Sample orders are placed and followed through status updates.
  5. Go live. The connector is switched on at a time you choose.
  6. Handover. You receive the runbook and alert contacts.

Estimated time: Three to five weeks after the map is approved. This is an estimate based on scope; the written scope confirms it.

Where this service fits

You can get Printcart Canvas in three ways. This service works with any of them that applies.

  • The plugin on your own WooCommerce store. Install Printcart Canvas and choose a Printcart plan. See the Printcart Canvas plugin page and plans and pricing.
  • A complete Canvas store. Printcart Canvas Store is a ready-made WordPress and WooCommerce store with the plugin included, sold as an annual package on this site. See the full store packages.
  • A custom service (this page). We configure, build or connect what the first two do not cover, quoted per project.

Services are quoted separately from plans and store packages, and each is billed on its own. The connector uses the print-ready file Printcart Canvas already creates. It works on the plugin path and on a Canvas Store package.

Questions

FAQ

Which print-on-demand partners can you connect?

Any partner with a documented API, such as Gelato, Prodigi or a canvas lab with an API. We confirm the products and file specs in discovery.

Do I need a connector if the partner has a plugin?

A partner plugin works for the partner's own catalog. A connector is for custom canvas products with your sizes and designer, where the plugin does not map.

How does the customer get tracking?

The partner returns status and tracking to the connector, which updates the order and the customer email in your store.

What if the partner rejects a file?

You get an alert with the reason, and the order can be fixed and retried.

Can you work with a merchant in my country?

Yes. Printcart services are delivered remotely, so we work with merchants in any country. Netbase JSC, the company behind Printcart, has worked with clients in 80+ countries.

Do you support my industry?

Printcart services are not tied to one industry. Full stores, custom development, integration and support are delivered remotely; tell us what you sell and we will say plainly whether Printcart fits.

How do I pay for Printcart services?

You sign the contract with and pay the company, Netbase JSC. Payment is by bank transfer to the company account or by PayPal.

Who do I talk to?

Talk to our CEO, Huy Nguyen (David), on WhatsApp at https://wa.me/84937869689 or by email at sales@printcart.com.
