To resume: your support forum is not for people who purchased your software already and successfully operating it?
Perhaps somebody could help me out since your support ticket system is not working: you bounce back every question. I never receive any help.
I pay for support but I never receive support. Bad experience? Yes I have - I bought the plugin august 2020 and you keep on going with NO support.
Each question or problem/glitch you have in the software is bounced back with a question.
I never receive any help, tutorial, video OR solution.
So I try the support forum: is anybody out here with a working plugin?

Why is the option customize sides small label / icon size: where to change it to big size like the other options
---> In printing options, option number of pages is not working with display type "large label"
If you want to be like other options, please customize the plugin

Now I receive the following messages on each ticket: it needs custom code I will quote you.
1. update theme = outdated
2. template button not showing
3. request design - you did not made and will not make?
